Booked dates fill in from the calendar. Pick a From–To range to plan or send two or three months together. Type names into role cells (CP · CV · TP · TV · Extras). Use "& 1" or "+1" for a lead plus an unnamed hand. When a day is done, tap → Production on that row, then log data captured (GB) and crew pay in the wrap-up panel.
